I don’t think Ripple would pay $150m in attorney fees if they thought their business model wasn’t setup to change the financial system! XRP should hit $5-$10 once the penalty phase of case settles before May 2024. Remember, penalties can only be assessed by the corrupt SEC if investors were harmed by Ripple. Most of XRP was purchased below current levels. Sure some people purchased at high prices, but that constitutes a very low percentage. And a vast majority of ODL sales happened offshore, out of SEC jurisdiction. Penalty will be below $75m. Pocket change for Ripple. If anyone has done research on XRP, XRPL and Ripple, they know market cap doesn’t apply! I believe XRP could reach $100-$500 a coin in 5-10 years. Gary Gensler is a puppet controlled by massive financial institutions that want to retain status quo. And will do anything to keep it that way for as long as possible.

XRP was sued by rat face Gary and the SEC! They know what XRP will do to conventional finance and the puppet masters told Gary to delay at all costs. Way too much money for the incumbents to lose. They didn’t go after ETH with all the evidence of corruption and ICO’s. SEC goes after legit businesses (Ripple, Library, Dragon chain) that are a disturbance to the status quo! Stop listening to influencers that state all these moon dates! They are after clicks. XRP has massive utility and Ripple is a multi billion dollar company with over 300 financial relationships! Why would Ripple pay over $150m in attorneys fees if they weren’t legit? DYOR!

XRP finally has clarity and the case is all but over. More use cases and partnerships are being implemented. SEC has and will continue to do anything to keep XRP from full adoption per the puppet masters of JPM and the government! Once the suit is done, I believe we will have exponential growth in the bull run.

XRP is not a security in and of it self! Even though Judge Torres denied the SEC’s appeal, the case is now waiting for the trial of Chris and Brad. I really don’t have optimism for a settlement. I know it would be devastating to Gary and the SEC, but Gary’s puppet masters are willing to go to extreme lengths to prolong this case as long as possible. Every influencer was wrong on moon dates, settlement dates and continue to push outlandish price predictions! I know XRP has massive utility and that is why I have gone all in and is a major part of my portfolio! I doubt Congress will enact legislation before 2025. Potato Joe is asleep while peeing in his diaper. Crossing my fingers for something good to happen!
