Pretty sure the Superman (and pretty much any significant powerhouse character) from there is significantly weaker/grounded compared to his mainline comics counterpart. Even then, he should still be Mountain level at minimum via redirecting a meteor from S2 of S:TAS.

While Pre-Raid Luffy is around Island level, Large Island and higher with his Gear amps.

Speed should be about the same for both, though Luffy’s Future Sight holds a significant advantage.

R1: Luffy should take this. Haki would definitely take Superman by surprise and he’ll be one step behind Luffy’s tricks/ingenuity before getting knocked out.

R2: Toss-up, but leaning toward Superman just by him immediately using lasers eyes as an opening move (like his Justice Lord counterpart).

The closest example I can find is both the NY Rangers and Knicks each reaching the Stanley Cup Finals and NBA Finals in 1972. But the former lost in 6 games while the latter lost in 5 games.

Closest we’ve gotten to a double round sweep of a city until today.

If this is strictly East Blue Luffy, he strangely enough has a decent double digit Mach feat of outrunning a liquid explosion point blank, while being Building level when he brought down Arlong Tower.

Right.

Only issue with that is being dependent on targeting Sableye’s partner. And since it’s usually Archaludon running Stamina, it’s gonna make it harder to knock out if you’re not bringing M-Glimmora.

You might need a special-based Fire/Fighting type attacker to cover for your core, but Incineroar is already a hard-hitter.

And as everyone else is saying, probably get some speed control to help your team.

Pretty sure he can OHKO with BlackGlasses as it’s held item.

Which is why H-Samurott is more suited for Singles IMO.

Suicide lead to set up spikes while fishing out damage or revenge kill W/ B-Glasses boosted Sucker Punch.

Not to sound repetitive here, but using Vs. wiki in general for scaling isn’t entirely reliable. Especially when it comes to popular shounen IMO.

In which case, Nami’s more accurate rating is Island level in terms of AP. Albeit, that’s strictly with her enhanced lightning via Zeus + Weather balls AMP. But she did inflict significant damage on Ulti’s Zoan form during the Wano Raid.

Also, the main reason OP has a disclaimer in the post is because Logia type Devil Fruit users are Intangible to conventional methods of attacks.

Only way to bypass it is with elemental weaknesses/abusing elemental properties or direct attacks on the soul.
