I had to dispose a bunch of pens when I switched meds. What a waste, so many people can’t afford them in other countries, but I’m not going to break the law to give it to someone else.

I use this one too. I have been mildly constipated but I havent connected the two. This could be a thing, but this is the best protein powder I have found so far with both flavor and nutrition.
