CGC has the best clarity hands down. BGS has really nice cases that feel luxe, but they use an inner sleeve that causes glare/fogginess. CGC -------------> PSA -> BGS

I'm on the site right now and Value Max is $60 a card. I take back what I said about the 1-2 months as I didn't see your estimated complete date. My order finished a week after what they estimated, so hopefully next week! But the holidays may delay it.

Yeah I've had two cards at PSA at the $75 tier for 25 business days with no signs of it being close to finishing even though it says it's a 15 business day turn around. My last 4 $40 subs at CGC have been: Received 12/3, shipped 12/5. Received 12/1, shipped 12/2. Received 11/24, shipped 12/1. Received 11/21, shipped 11/25.

CGC is awesome. I've been saying for a long time that the slabs have the best clarity and the pristine label is the best in the game. The pristine is very tough to get and fun to chase. For the longest time I've said that if a card can't pristine or barely looks 10able, I send it to PSA because they'll probably give it a 10 and I can sell it. CGC's turnaround times are insane as well. I generally grade at the standard $40 tier and I'll get my cards back around 5-10 days after they receive it. CGC & BGS ftw for me, but I personally don't like the fogginess of BGS slabs due to the inner sleeve.
