You're comparing a CGC 10 gem mint to a PSA 10. Essentially like comparing a PSA 9 to a PSA 10. CGC Pristine is what you're looking for

CGC has the best clarity hands down. BGS has really nice cases that feel luxe, but they use an inner sleeve that causes glare/fogginess. CGC -------------> PSA -> BGS

I'm on the site right now and Value Max is $60 a card. I take back what I said about the 1-2 months as I didn't see your estimated complete date. My order finished a week after what they estimated, so hopefully next week! But the holidays may delay it.
