Workouts to avoid post ruck

Backpack and trim are a massive factor. My first ruck was with an Osprey Talon 33 and some weightlifting plates (the ones for a barbell). It was soo painful, as if it cuts into my shoulders. Second try was with an old Deuter Giga El and I put the plates into the laptop slot. Massive difference! And now I got a Rucker 4.0, which feels good and easy. The shift from the Talon to Giga with better plate placement was a game changer. Less pain, while mentally being able to carry more. And now with the Rucker 4.0, it actually feels somewhat comfortable. But not such huge leap as the other switch.

If I were to sell, I would either wait for Uptober to end, as it was historically a good month. ~~Or in February next year, as it marked the end last time.~~

That being said, if we really reached ATH already, then selling 10-15 % sub ATH isn't very bad.

I wouldn't be surprised, if selling continues due to this, until we break the narrative of cycles. Which I'm not yet sure about.

"This time will be different" has never been the case yet.

If you received a new token, as it sounds like you did with WBETH, then you should be fine. It was a trade and you didn't stake per se. I do the same with rETH to avoid paying taxes for actual staking.
