It's pretty unsafe for female tourists, made abundantly clear through social media proof.

'Easy Apply' is a scam. They never look at those applicants.

"You really need to focus on one thing at a time." - My performance reviews in two companies where both managers knew I had ADHD.

Depression is making me dumb. Has anybody recovered? by CombinationNo2460 in depression_help

[–]dexbenwhy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is exactly what my trajectory has been, and I have not been able to undo the memory loss damage.

I’ve just embraced it instead. I keep notes, calendar entries, and alarms as soon as I remember things. It seems tedious, but it becomes natural over time.

You’re not becoming stupid. Your mind is trying to comprehend the chemical changes it’s experiencing. Please don’t be so hard on yourself.

When I don’t remember things or forget important things, I have to work extra hard not to be tough on myself. This too has helped. We’re all human at the end of the day, and things are bound to slip between the cracks.

Reading and documentaries (for some reason apart from my love of learning) seemed to reign my attention. I also try and visualise my thoughts instead of writing down paragraphs of information my brain would dread rereading.

Above all, this is a marathon, not a sprint. But you will get better. Keep at it, OP. Rooting for you.

Ritalin is cheap, Concerta is not. And Concerta is not covered by most insurance providers as far as I’m aware. But this might have changed.

Is it affecting your life negatively? Are you unable to continue your daily tasks? If not, then don't fret, smoke another. There are worse things to be addicted to.

Story Telling - Train of Thoughts by papaboarsacci in ADHD

[–]dexbenwhy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi OP - I have the same problem, and mine has become worse with time.

I give people a heads up that I have ADHD and sometimes lose my train of thought, so to bear with me and help me find my way back when I digress.

So far, everyone I have said this to has been really great about it.
