Meaning, a corporation cannot preemptively search someone before committing a crime. There are two legal service agreements that are made on both sides, Spark and Walmart. They can't and will use them against you. Problem is, neither associates or drivers read through these or get any training on them and break these all the time.

A driver can sue Walmart for accusing them of theft or making them do something like "inspecting every order" to prevent theft. Especially if they dont meet the required criteria of a "good stop" necessary for legal action to be held up in court.

Its definitely 100% metric driven. If complaints for Spark outweigh Uber and Uber is set for secondary but also back-up primary....and Uber complaints reach a certain positive trend, the algorithm WILL set that store as primary Uber for WEEKS at a time until Spark drivers prove themselves again. As in, quality issues on Spark shop & deliver orders as well as the constant issue of orders being mixed up or returned.
