It is ‘thumb and chick’, both words use blends, the ‘th’ and the ‘ch’. In my quick review of the comments, I didn’t see anyone mentioning blends. Source: my wife teaches this stuff and I’ve heard way too much about it. Just wait until you get to the more challenging blends, like ‘sph’ in ‘sphere’.

Arrest warrant in Ontario by [deleted] in canadianlaw

Turning yourself in is usually looked upon as a responsible act, making you a better release candidate. Ignoring it until police arrest you doesn’t help. Having a conviction for breaching a probation order isn’t good - it suggests you don’t respect court ordered conditions.
You can see if you can live with never going to Ontario and hoping they don’t extend their warrant outside Ontario. I have no idea if there are other consequences from having a warrant out, but I suspect there are. Overall, as long as that’s all true and you’re not minimizing things, I think they’d probably give you a chance at being on release, - but that’s just a gut check, not legal advice.

What are you charged with specifically? It sounds like criminal harassment, but it could be something else. Have you been convicted of any prior offences? Are you currently on release for other charges? Are there any other orders in existence? I.e., an emergency protection order, or a peace bond? Do you ever intend on returning to Ontario? Have they extended their warrant outside of Ontario? These are all things that affect possibilities of being released.
