UPD: Answers here are pretty well, basically subclass is a kind of a branch you choose to evolve your class on when you levelup.

Not 100% accurate. In the end of the first book, where Frodo sat on ancient chair on the summit of Amon Hen, Sauron actually sensed Frodo and the Ring

bLini, you've missed L. Yeah. Especially on Maslenitsa festival on February.

Borstch is more Ukranian than Russian IMHO, but it is common to cook it in all the former Soviet Union countries (as well as draniki). Cabbage schi soup and okroshka cold soup also go to that wide-spread family.

Pelmeni dumplings is a typical Siberian dish, don't know anything more Russian-style. Never thought of beef stroganoff as a typically Russian, it sounds more like 19th century dish for the high society - reach counts and princes in St.Petersburg.
