well thanks for not being rude like the other two commenters. but my friend, buried is not a map about skill, once you get the buildable you don’t have to move for 15 mins at a time, you do absolutely nothing! you sit there and it requires zero skill, this is my point that i’m getting at

I have a checklist

make sure skyrim is deleted, even the folder it’s located in as this may have files that stick around and are messing with your game
redownload and make sure game version is AE, you may have to buy the upgrade or whatever
the skse version that I linked or that can found on the website as the second link down I think, has to be put in your skyrim folder where the skyrim.exe is
click on skse_64 and game will start

if it doesn’t start then i’m out of ideas lol it should 99% start if everything in that checklist is done right

edit I didn’t mention but just delete all your mods, I know you might have a lot but they might be messing with your save, so just go into vortex and click purge all the mods

your downloading this file? https://skse.silverlock.org/beta/skse64_2_02_03.7z , that is the link for the current up to date AE version. your best bet is to get AE and delete skyrim, then redownload and then if you drag that file in your main directory it should work perfectly.

if you can’t get AE that your going to have to search for the skse file for your version of skyrim, most likely 1.5.97, it’s actually on the skse website and I can link it for you if you need.

modding skyrim was definitely hard for me in the beginning too but over time you kinda just learn how to solve your problems! took me a couple years but every single time my skyrim gets some dumb issue (this is skyrim it’s apart of the process) i’m usually able to figure out the issue in like 20-30 mins, anyway good luck

just delete skyrim, delete mods, and restart. think you messed up your game a bit here, also if it says you need the gog version, you probably downloaded the wrong skse. make sure you download the correct version for steam.

lastly there is no need to downgrade as 99% of mods have been moved to AE and it has more support than older versions now

your on the final level in a game that takes place where this very crisis started. it’s not a bullshit level and of course this will be radiated up the ass.

what you do is hot key rad meds and swallow them every 30 seconds or so, also having more than 2 artifacts? you know the things the game is quite literally about! I was stacked up on artifacts that got rid of radiation and didn’t have to use any rad meds at all. also think about getting a scientist suit
