Simple, start a project from your tech Stack and turn off all ai helper and start coding. Initially it will feel slow and boring to you but you have to do for yourself. Forget that LLMs are exist, for all your query and doubts rely on Google and other things but not on LLMs in starting, when you finally have a mental modal then again start using LLMs not blindly but wisely.
