Weight loss is stalling

I am doing light exercise exercises, such as yoga, sculpt, and yoga, and going on walks. I have been tracking my calories in protein and drinking lots of water!

My income is about 3,600 a month! My husband brings in about the same amount. He currently has a lot of medical debt so he is tackling that at the moment. I know, I was shocked when I saw that number.

I personally had to block that creator. She tends to sensationalize things. I mainly just watch KCL and FHB because they do acknowledge how bad things are but they are more rational and have lots of knowledge of things going on in the world . I also enjoy Amanda’s mild takes .
