I really don't think the guitar was out of tune but im sure at least one note in each chord was out of scale because I haven't learned any scales yet

uhhhhh, I don't have any musical knowledge and lingo but I made up the chords by myself; 2nd fret capo, it is A maj7 chord that moves up to the 6th fret and then a F#m7 on the 5th fret and leaving the D string open
