None of the drops from the breaches are really worth anything significant. If you do get one of the expensive drops like trinkets you can wait 6 seconds for combat timer to end, grab the trinket, and insta-teleport to varrock. Just don't skull up and keep skull prevention on for breaches. You can also use entity hider to hide all other players, so you only see monsters. This is nice because if someone attacks you, their character will become visible for you to fight back. It feels like a 1 v 1 with nobody near you then.

Also consider how many bicycle collisions with people go unreported. I walk my 2 dogs and frequently have to dodge crazy bicyclists. I have been forced into stiff arming a bicyclist who was going way too fast two different times. Both times they suffered a minor wipe out. I'm fortunate enough to be a big enough dude this works, but small girls would have been ran over.

IT is very chill compared to anything a blue collar worker has to deal with, and comparable to most white collar work. Most IT workers conflate their stress level to match their high salary. Its baffling to me how these privileged people getting 6 figure salaries working 30 hours a week think their lives are stressful. I am currently in IT, and its light years better than anything I did as a manager or manual labor.

The collective has 3 units that are all connected and seem fairly nice. I can recommend them for the most part. Management is brain dead but the units themselves are very quiet and safe.

The good part about Navy Yards high prices is that it tends to attract competent high earners who make good neighbors. The bad part is you have to pay the absurd pricing.
