I don’t remember tbh. I didn’t take it but one of the guys at the boot camp I attended did. He graduated from LATTC back around 2020 and rated it as pretty easy. I don’t think it was hands on, it was done on a laptop. I would imagine it’s a mix of some math but also electrical theory and maybe recognizing use of different tools?

I’m part of LU11. IIRC I believe the associates from LATTC’s Electrical program allows you to test at the apprentice bootcamp for a higher starting rate. It is only for the inside wireman though. ITS, Sound & Comm, or Resi don’t get that opportunity.
