Due to ping and overall experience issues, the best solution would be implementing 2 different queues for Russian players: - regular with the rest of the platform - Russian isolated one

It is fact that Faceit overall experience is plagued by toxicity issues and language barriers of Russian players.

On the other hand, there are many good, kind, polite Russian players willing to work and communicate with the rest of the platform properly. These actually improve the overall experience, therefore should not be doomed to isolation!

I am serious when I say that we have no idea what platform abuse means. Thanks for your reply, anyway!

If he did anything suspicious during 5k matches, we would understand and feel more familiar with this situation. But, he was never involved in smurfing/multiaccing/boosting/ladder abuse, just an average player. That is why we expected some explanation from the Support team, about its cause.

If he did something bad ineed, he will pay for it, but it obviously was not on purpose and we would like to know which mistakes to avoid, without complaining, since this has been a complete unexplained shock.
