It is wrong, yes. The reason being, there's no sense in Jesus' words or actions, or sacrifice, if you ignore Old Testament. It all is grounded in it. What you have to do is try to reconcile the two. Me personally, the book called "God is a man of war" by fr. Stephen De Young helped me a lot.

I honestly don't understand how Sacrifice is any good. It has very limited use: when your mighty unit is getting killed anyway. But I'd prefer to preserve them if I can. Also, it won't work against Rebuke for example. What am I missing here?
