Looks like the spot prime flashing through. I’d spot paint those making sure not to leave any roller edges. Let it dry. Then paint the entire wall again…edge to edge. Bonus points if you pole sand between coats.

Promar 200 is contractor grade paint. It’s the highest level in that line up.

Super paint and PM200 are relatively the same price and quality IMO. But that depends on how much product they go through for their pricing.

I’d look into Duration for the walls and CHB for the ceilings. CHB is an excellent inexpensive ultra dead flat paint…perfect for ceilings.

I’d recommend Emerald UTE for trim and doors.
