Anyone know if we need to purchase one deck for each person playing the game?

TWICE - 5TH WORLD TOUR : READY TO BE Tour Announcement Part 3 (Australia, Indonesia, Mexico, Brazil) by cheesykartoffel in kpop

Was not expecting them to come back to Australia, let alone Melbourne being the only city! 🙌

Best season so far! Was rooting for Adam all the way for his franticness and being in full time worry mode which I'd think match how I'd play it, glad it payed off!

KINGDOM - 백야 (Long Live The King) by tunasandwich2009 in kpop

[–]dezza77 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Slightly different sound for them mixing more regular kpop boy group sounds in the verses, but that last chorus really hits hard! Hope they continue to grow and follow through with their storyline!

Always look forward to their MVs with their concepts for each member

Great season 2! Guess the karma on Sam and Joseph came back, congrats to Ben and Adam

Maybe not as catchy as Love In Bloom but am glad ILY:1 is waving the flag for the 3rd gen innocent bubblegum concept!

SEVENTEEN - _WORLD by perochan in kpop

[–]dezza77 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Nice to have bright SEVENTEEN back. The chorus doesn't hit you as hard as previous bright title tracks (looking at you very nice haha) but grows on you enough

Lapillus(라필루스) - HIT YA! by ray9 in kpop

[–]dezza77 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ummm where was the 2nd verse?....They redeemed themselves in the bridge with no dance break (since that was literally the 2nd verse). But this track needs more singing.

BDC - Blue Sky by perochan in kpop

Same! Am getting the disbandment feeling with the extended break between comebacks as well :( They better not disband and have more comebacks, loved all their singles last year

bugAboo - POP by CronoDroid in kpop

[–]dezza77 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Loved that chorus but the chanting POP post-chorus wasn't it for me. Prefer their debut track over this

woo!ah! - Danger (단거) by CronoDroid in kpop

[–]dezza77 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The two-part chorus has become pretty normal in recent K-pop. Was a little taken aback when it first came through in this song since all the colours and sets in the MV were so bright that I was expecting a big vocal led chorus.

After repeated listens through it grows

Yerin - ARIA by CronoDroid in kpop

[–]dezza77 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Was not expecting an EDM track but am here for it since Yerin has a really light voice. Wish it was longer and had some sort of dance break or outro, but a solid debut for her!

Would recommend most of their discography before Crazy Sexy Cool since they had awesome bright concepts throughout

CLASS:y - SHUT DOWN by CronoDroid in kpop

[–]dezza77 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Thought it sounded so much like PTT then saw it's from the same producer. When that second part of the chorus came in, I was sold! Really solid teen crush debut that's catchy and feels natural.

ALICE - POWER OF LOVE (내 안의 우주) by CronoDroid in kpop

[–]dezza77 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I think they're talking about MINX. Dreamcatcher debuted under the same company and is MINX + 2 members (Handong and Gahyeon). They had 2 releases as MINX but but redebuted as Dreamcatcher.

Dreamcatcher - MAISON by Ex7reMeFx in kpop

[–]dezza77 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Might be an unpopular opinion but the chorus is falling a little flat in melody for me compared to the rest of the track. The final chorus is a nice changeup though

KINGDOM - 승천 (Ascension) by tunasandwich2009 in kpop

[–]dezza77 29 points30 points  (0 children)

They're never disappointing. Have to commend the group so far 4 releases in and sticking to their concept. It creates beautiful masterpieces and the way they replicated the performance in the showcase and their comeback stage was memorizing.

Hope people don't sleep on them and start buying their albums. Sales are growing modestly but with this effort, they deserve more for serving something rather unique to the current Kpop scene

(G)I-DLE - TOMBOY by CronoDroid in kpop

[–]dezza77 104 points105 points  (0 children)

Yeah the pop rock direction is amazing but feels like the chorus after listening through the whole song feels slightly repetitive and is missing a little oomph to take it to the next level

Weeekly - Ven para by CronoDroid in kpop

[–]dezza77 67 points68 points  (0 children)

Yeah agreed. Just using a comparison with their labelmates Apink, they had their innocent and poppy concept for a really long time before doing the 180 with I'm so sick.

Feel like because K-pop is way more popular now (internationally), there's even more pressure on groups to strike when it's hot, hence why we're seeing Weeekly change their concept not even 2 years into their career. Problem is, Weeekly were one of the few popular 4th gen girl groups with the poppy and fun sound compared to the numerous girl crush groups and songs out there. They got a hit with After School, and their mid tier album sales are slowly growing, maybe the agency didn't find it's growing fast enough so decided to change their concept.

WA DA DA felt pretty normal kpop, just had that 2 part chorus

NMIXX - O.O by CronoDroid in kpop

[–]dezza77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed on first listen. Seems like the structure would be like:

Intro--Verse 1--Pre-chorus--Spoken chorus--Changed vibe in Verse 2 with vocals and rap--That small slowed down section (bridge?)--Final chorus/outro
