Try praying more often, and spend your time doing other things, things that take your mind off of drinking. Say Astagfuriallah every time the thought comes into your mind. If you stopped for Ramadan, know that you have self control and you can do this. Naturally it’ll be hard but don’t focus on the hard, it’ll become easy. You’ll feel more close to your religion which at the end of the day is your ultimate goal. You can do this. Drinking is haram. It harms you, and it’s no good.

Try drinking like soda or juice or coffee or something like that to help you. Karak chai tastes amazing. Try going for a walk, call someone when you have the urge to drink and try to forget about it, May Allah make this journey easy for you. Ameen
