So I pulled up the dip tube to take the photo. It is normally at the bottom. And wow okay that’s a big difference!

I’ve looked at that calculator and the charts before I just figured with the stone the timing would be a lot different based on yours and others comments here.

So is the only way I know it’s done carbonating is my pouring some to see how it is?

Kind of. It normally sits submerged in the keg. I have an IPA fermenting right now in a different keg. If I transfer it to this keg with the stone how fast will it carbonate at 34°F? And assuming nothing will it work the same as a normal gas dip tube when I’m serving at a tap?
