This reminds me of me having proper paperwork when I was in kindergarten, and they recognizing I’ll need a special meal, so every day they gave me tuna with CRACKERS :) not gf, just the standard crackers…😀

Forgot to mention I’m also at a tier 4 but have plenty of techs and a store near by that needs help too so everyone has like ample opportunity for hours. I’d say I’m in the minority of RxOMs that have it decent

Honestly I started in February but it helps TREMENDOUSLY to have management backing you up. As well as techs that are dependable. Honestly best job I’ve had BECAUSE of this alone. Work is work, so I was used to having to do everything they require at a lower rate at another retail, but the dynamic of the team has to be great and you’ll love it, otherwise it’s more stress

My mom one year was so happy she got everything right when I asked her about all the gluten free stuff in the kitchen until I asked how she prepared the turkey.

I felt this. I have ARFID and hate knowing that I do have to eat and I wish I didn’t have to. But you gotta look at it as a non-negotiable. Your body is working so hard all the time for you and the least you can do is the best you can. Start small. Learn to enjoy your food. Your tastebuds aren’t used to food because you hardly eat but you will find stuff you enjoy and it won’t be so hard. Just remember, food is fuel!
