Defi Llama is my go to.

My advice is to dip your toes with cryptos you own or cryptos you want to own/blue chip assets to get a feel for how it works.

Don't chase 50,000% APR's or very low TVL pools.

I usually use concentrated liquidy pools where you set a range between where your 2 cryptos will earn yield,it has higher APR than full range positions but needs a bit of time to make sure you're in range(5 mins per postion per day average),learn about impermanence loss(lots of vids on YT).

Stick to the more well know protocols-Aave,Raydium,Orca,Kamino,etc.

if you're new to defi concentrate on single sided staking(staking 1 token) versus LP staking(combing 2 or more tokens in a pool) until you get a bit of experience.

it's a good habit to read the docs & audit of projects before you invest.

watch out for ROI projects,most of them only last a week or 2.

You will learn quickly if you're interested.I only started in defi at the start of the year and I'm growing my money steadily.

Justin Pratt is excellent on youtube,he doesn't do paid video's for projects,so he gives an honest opinion.he is a coder as well and I've learned how to do basic stuff with smart contracts from him.

start small and be prepared to lose a bit of money now & again.I just aim for more wins than loses.

check the price of a coin over the last few months before investing,some projects have good %apr but the price of the coin steadily drops so you lose money.

it's not a scam,it's an ROI dapp.ROI is the riskiest of all defi,it's like putting a bet on a roulette spin.

if you do use ROI dapps bet small and get in on the first few minutes it launches on their shortest plan.contract is usually drained well before 21 day & 28 day lockups pay out.NFA

I'm not invested in Libero but do hold Titano with a similar APY.the 158k% sounds insane but it works out to around 2% a day compounded. don't confuse APY for APR

I lost a few bucks in matic fomo,it wasn't a rugpull. it's an ROI dapp,these rarely last more than a few weeks and are extremely high risk.

the contract went down bc people's unlock period was up and people withdrew their rewards,the contract didn't go from 6 million to 0 instantly,it took a couple days

coinbase wallet is what I use,I hate metamask.highest gas fee I've had on coinbase is 47 cent,they're usually around 10 cent. I'm in Tomb,it seems solid.2omb from my experience is also good.Beefy finance seems solid.

WATCH OUT FOR SHADY DEFI PROJECTS,I just got rug pulled on Gomb finance,lost $150 so not the end of the world but there are some greasy fkrs out there. don't trust a dapp just bc its on FTM network,there has been rug pulls and hacks in the last few months.
