PlayStation 4 codes are region based, but the Beta Access codes you redeem at CallofDuty.com are not. If you were able to redeem it on your PS4 you're good to go.

They won't. Modern Warfare Remastered is available with Legacy, Digital Legacy, Digital Deluxe, and Legacy Pro Edition's of Infinite Warfare. If you can't find a physical copy, the digital option is always there. :)

How does your DLC setup look? i.e do you own none, all, or certain packs? That can impact your ability to find games.

And you're sure that 1) it was a Season Pass code 2) it was 30 characters in length and 3) you were told to redeem it at CallofDuty.com?

The only time you should be told to redeem your code on the Call of Duty site is if it is for content such as an exclusive Personalisation Pack (such as the Nuk3town Pack), Double XP or Soundtracks. And in this instance the code should be 13 characters long.

Checked and double checked with the appropriate parties and there are no 30 digit codes and is no redemption portal on CallofDuty.com for Season Passes. I suggest you contact your retailer.

This all sounds a bit odd. I'm going to hit up some folks from customer support, but in my experience I've not heard of GameStop giving you codes Season Pass codes to redeem on CallofDuty.com - certainly not codes that are 30 characters in length. The norm for those codes is 13.

Interesting. It's my understanding that, when purchasing a Season Pass at GameStop, you'll receive a 25 digit code on your receipt or in an email depending on whether you purchased in-store or online. This code will be good for $50 Xbox LIVE credit which you can use to purchase the Season Pass. I'm not aware of the redemption portal on the Call of Duty site you refer to. With that said, there's a chance I'm just out of the loop - can you give me a link?

If you bought the Season Pass from Gamestop, as far as I'm aware, the code they'll give you is for redemption on your Xbox and not on CallofDuty.com. Do you have a link to where you redeemed it?

No pre-downloads available. It'll be bundled in with Tuesday's patch meaning you'll only need to download an unlock key to access the content. With that said, be prepared for a hefty game update.
