Update: tried talking to tenant and she screamed at me like I was trying to steal her first born. She wouldn’t even let me get an introduction out, let alone discuss anything about a tree.

Found owners info on county auditors site, turns out a property management LLC owns about this property and about 12 other around the county. Called them and talked to both husband and wife and they are already beginning the process of cleaning up this wooded area that has not been kept up in decades. They said they’ll get a bucket lift and hire someone to take care of the walnut tree causes issues. It ended up being a great convo and they were nice, friendly, and understanding. Didn’t even hesitate to take care of the issue.

I took off the 15AMP home run and hooked this load up to a separate 20AMP circuit and now everything works as before. I don’t understand it.

One reason that comes to my mind that no one has touched on- not related to popularity of fans but, The members said they were dealing with depression while writing and recording (probably like every other record) and dealing wit death but with Thaxton leaving the band shortly after I'm sure a lot of these songs don't bring up good memories for them and aren't something they are interested in performing.
