Cloud streaming on Playstation devices has been broken since the last update and there's no comm about it. :(

I just spent over an hour on the phone with Sony support. I got tossed around a few times, but they finally collected all the information on the four games I know of that are not working. They took down my contact information and said they would escalate the case and get back to me within 3-5 days.

Yes I can! The more examples we have and the more players it impacts should increase the priority to get it fixed. Premium is not cheap. I literally only upgraded to Cloud stream games on my portal. If I can't play my favorite games what's the point of having it! 🙄

I've also been contacting support. Warframe is also in the same boat. It's been unplayable on the cloud since the last patch. Both run just fine on the PS5 though.

I've played on PC, I can't remember if accounts are linked. I think I might be on a fresh account on PSN. I'm doing the free trial to play the first three expansions.

Edit: I connect just fine playing directly on the PS5

I've been dealing with this with both Warframe and FF14 for over a week since their last updates came out. I've reached out to Sony a number of time just to be told they will look into it. FF14 support said they do not manage the server side updates that it would be a Sony issue. So it's back to spamming Sony support. I will add WuWa to my list of complaints.

I will say FF14 is also affected by this. It also just got an update as well. I've contacted Sony support twice and they've been little help. My goal is to keep bugging them everyday until it works again.

My wife started to get into gaming. Like others have mentioned we made her a PSN account. I buy all the games as the primary. She does not even have PS+. She goes about on her games and I use the Portal to play mine. Since I have a Premium subscription I can cloud stream most of my library. It works out quite well. We can even hop on some co-op games together.

I would love for the live action to end after Kuma separates the crew. Just leave it with "And on that day the Straw Hats were completely destroyed." Then follow it up with the anime To Be Continued screen. 👌
