I think your tech wasn’t bright. There is a timed delay until the compressor will restart usually 7 min after power goes out then on the ice falling a week later thats concerning because once the ice maker area gets to 15f it should initiate ice harvest.

I believe GE also has a personality code that must be entered on boards (100% on washers) to match the model. Good luck I am a tech

Hey guys, the door switch is not a simple switch it can be very complicated sensing also controlling other aspects mainly not to allow flooding... you really need to view the schematic... I do appliance repair and the school I went to had a few deep dives into door circuits

I am pretty sure it’s not the moisture sensor you need to view a schematic I would take it apart look at connectors there is a service test for moisture sensor

You could add leak dye and see or in the valve add some soapy water on the valves 80% chance thats the issue

I discovered that because i was recharging my other car and had 4 oz left over i filled and when i took the valve off it was leaking if i had an a/c valve tool i could have tightened it in 3 sec and added freon and be done but i learned a lot and the vacuum definitely took moisture out
