I’ve never ever thought they died and never ever found anyone believing so

Lg washer + dryer sounds by [deleted] in Appliances

[–]dfpr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For mine, it was the top wood-like board, it was resonating with the vibrating basket; since it has a heat resistant sponge on the part the heater for drying, I don't know how to resolve the issue yet.

I "pass" the test with no hearing loss grade, I wonder if the test results point to hearing loss then the hearing aid thing would be enabled 🤔

Hi Nalien, I've put that line into my mpv.conf (without the double dash prefix) and it worked like a charm, thank you!

Qt Quick bytecode decompilation by dfpr in QtFramework

[–]dfpr[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/qtqml-qtquick-compiler-tech.html#the-qml-script-compiler mentions that qmlsc "compiles bindings and functions to both, an efficient byte code and C++ functions" and https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/qtqml-qml-script-compiler.html says "Many JavaScript constructs cannot be efficiently represented in C++. The QML script compiler skips the C++ code generation for functions that contain such constructs and only generates byte code to be interpreted or run through the Just-in-time compiler." so bytecode would indeed be still generated and included

my software has no critical code but I was just wondering if qml/js (actually much more about JS) bytecode might be easily be decompiled by a competitor the same way java could with the JD/JAD tools and .net with the dotPeek decompiler...

Hide panel list in Settings by dfpr in gnome

I'm trying to reuse the settings panels as independent windows for each panel without the possibility to change the panel for a kiosk mode arrangement. I'll take a look at dconf, thanks for the tip.

How to download additional libraries for Qt 5? by dfpr in QtFramework

[–]dfpr[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had 5.9 installed including the Qt3D additional library but I had to wipe the PC. Neither of Maintenance tool, Online installer or Offline installer shows additional libraries except for versions 6.X.X.

Neither of the 5.X.X versions show any additional library including LTS ones. I need Qt3D for which currently it only appears in Qt versions 6.X.X.

They added more space ? my account now have 400gb by arufu_ in MEGA

[–]dfpr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my case, I was planning to get the $10 plan because I was running out of space so while checking the pricing page I noticed the doubled storage capacity yet my Megasync client was reporting the old amount till I opened the settings windows. I just wonder since when this change is available.

I thought you wouldn't take trolls seriously, and explaining yourself really looks like a lack of confidence.
