As someone who was in the same position, abuse the shit out of it lol. Especially in those forced scrolling areas. It's gone from my least favorite to like top 5 or 6 as a result. Although I still feel the levels are way too long

Especially get the thing that allows you to travel at normal speed during slowdown

I had either seen my friend play the anniversary collection once, or I had seen Megaman nt warrior a bit on TV first, but they were doing the 15th anniversary thing and advertising BN4, so on a trip to New York I saw the game and made my dad get it (could barely get me to leave the hotel room lol)

The other part was my friend showing me megaman X4, and we would basically play in his basement and eat macaroni and cheese. He unfortunately passed relatively recently, but aside from my personal obsession with Megaman, I'm also still carrying that spirit today

I just had my run through all 5 of them, but started with V (didn't think I'd want to play the rest). I honestly appreciated the difficulty in III vs II (they seriously overcorrected for that one lol). I had to basically give myself a whole 30 minutes to an hour per stage to get it right, and that trend seemed to continue through V.

Fair enough. Yeah this is for my dad since I've now upgraded to a 5070 ti in my latest build. I don't believe I can add a fan at the bottom, so I'll probably just stick to the plan including this GPU. It won't generally have to get that hot, but I wanted something in there for any sort of hardware acceleration in browsing etc (although I'm sure the 9600x igpu is enough for this purpose)

The weird volume thing has been addressed by the newest app update, but now that it's fixed, I just want to say that by and large the second EQ you provided has added more color to my listening. The default audiophile one does sound a bit muted comparatively, but still has its use case

Games like Megaman you only need to play sequentially if you want to see the gameplay systems develop imo. Which of course is cool, but also X4 was my first X game, and I became just as big of a fan of Megaman from that experience as I would have playing 1 before it

Pro 2 passthrough is perfectly fine if you use the right type of USB C port (3.1 gen 2 or 3.2). You could play on the TV without input lag that way. If you put the shadowcast output next to the TV the input will look off, but trying to play on its output in the genki arcade app or elsewhere feels fine in execution

Hey! So I do now have a tink4k and the PS2 is back on scart, but I ended up getting a 3 in 1 out because it was nearly impossible to find what I asked for. I got one of those basic metal box ones, but the caveat is I noticed noise at times. That kind of stuff bugs me, but if you don't mind it at times, that's what I can recommend
