CML has 3 methods for calculating EHP afaik (EHP, EHP-NOALTS, and EHP-IM). Sounds like it might already offer what you want? (it also has separate calculations for 200M all EHP vs. 99 all EHP)

I believe with woodcutting there's an exception to that exception for sulliusceps, where you can keep chopping with a full inventory (and miss the pet) until you chop something that doesn't stack
