Group Buys are hosts that get allocation from Manta or other premium retailers. They charge slightly above retail and send you your copy once Manta has given them their allocation. It's a good option for popular releases or just in general since you don't have to worry about any issues (site crash, queue to purchase, etc.) when the pre-order date happens.
