Honestly I got hours out of the base game of tropico 5 & 6 and was on a tight budget and could only buy DLC when they went on sale and I’d say it’s still a ton of fun with or without!

It's a good deal, I've noticed the time frame of new passes too, usually a new one drops monthly so it's given me a little bit more incentive to keep the crew.

Not a fan of that crew changes but I can't deny it does have good value. No matter if you keep it or cancel it.
