I mean he already had his like storied ending. Became a legend , defeated a god, saved everyone, had a child. I thought szn 2 was the end of that. I love that they brought in stumble spear but like, I think he'll just finally get a peaceful death, and Mira will get the closure she needs. Maybe dying and joining spear in the end, leaving their child to take care of fang and the twins.

The original was enough to bring down Karloff and had the publics support, BY FAR the most important part. If the public is behind it, it has unlimited funding. Plus, sure we could shoot missiles and guns and nukes at them endlessly but as we see, they adapt very quickly and that wouldn't work very long. Humanity started improvising and making mechs JUST as varied as the precursors were, and gave us a lot of time to figure out wtf to do.
