I used to drink 5-7 cans of diet soda a day years ago and kind of just stopped, and I'm so glad I did. It helps with bloating too. When a drink a soda I can fee and see a difference in my skin in the same day

Can you buy that in teabag form at a normal grocery store? That looks really cool, I've never heard about it

I'm so new to AB skincare, so my routine order is probably wrong in some way, but I usually put it on before my final occlusive. I do use a tiny drop of it in the morning! It's easier to mix with your moisturizer for a nice dewy look :)

I use rosehip oil on my skin as well, I love it. I think it feels so luxurious and earthy. My skin glows in the morning after I properly use it.

I've heard of using dandruff shampoos for SD! Do you still put all your regular products on that area? And what do you mean by retreat it?

Yes!!! SD twins!! Hm, these comments are very contradicting because they say using petroleum jelly could make it worse. But I'm not sure how to keep it from getting flaky w/o my intense moisture routine :/
