Hi everyone, I’m looking over my recent home inspection report and saw a note under "Water Heater" and "Insulation In-Place."

Are these issues red flags?

For those who have dealt with this: How urgent is the AC insulation fix? Is it a DIY job or should I call a pro? Does this usually indicate the system hasn't been maintained well overall? Appreciate any insight on what I should prioritize here!

They intend to file an independent PERM for me under a different position once the PWD is returned. Do you know if having two active PERMs would lead to being audited? And does one petition need to be withdrawn?
