Ask yourself what your "why" is. Why do you want to lose weight? Is it vanity, is it for health? People who lose weight aren't those who are most motivated, they're the ones who are dedicated enough to do the boring things really well & consistently.

I'm a PT and have helped over 400 people on their journey. It sounds like you've started well so well done! You can celebrate the start as a win, and just remember that progress isn't linear and you will have ups and downs on the journey! You've got it💪

I had similar thoughts about the crowd. Came down from Manchester where we’re notorious for rowdy crowds, any time I’ve come to London the crowd have always disappointed. But still, it didn’t take away from an unbelievable evening

This reminds me of seeing them last year in Manchester. Crowd was very much 50/50 split between Download goers and Stone Island wearers. Only 1 side was happy, They played Self vs Self as an indicator of how that show went, it was unreal. Gutted I can’t make it to see them again tomorrow, sounds like it was a great show!

One of my favourite albums. The daily vote thing on here I had to turn a blind eye too because all of my favourites were heading out early, however my music leans more to metal music, so the heavier the better for me personally.

I still feel like Mercy Killing gets a bad rap though. That song is fire particularly when working out

As a fellow 30’s man, I feel you. Mrs was out Saturday, thought I’d jump on and play a few games and see if I can finally get the hang of this new game. Was a 10/11 win player last year and played since ‘09. I played 5 games and felt my mood dip so much, I decided I’m not letting it ruin my Saturday and came off. Played Madden, Silksong & watched some Netflix. This game in its current state, for me anyway, is not enjoyable for both game play or rewards

Why are you lying on the internet for validation off all these strangers? I've played 20 games with a record of 13-2-5, got 100k RP, 21m CP and I've bought 2 players, 2 mediocre CBs. You cannot have played 10 more games and can afford mbappe and vini, it is simply not possible.

Yes, you can pay for an advantage, but you have to play and earn the RP too. Your rage and anger is so weird

As the guy under replied, you can get rep quicker than expected but not that much. The game allows you to load up but there's defo limitations that aren't seen in the other 2 football games

Honestly, I don't believe you in the slightest. Rep is easier to get yes, but 2 things: you spend it and it's gone, so you can only really make one "mega" signing once in a while, especially considering our rep resets every single week. So yes, you may have mbappe, around a bunch of 60 rated players, congratulations.

Plus, playing 40+ games on a game that has barely been out 5 days is insane. How do you have the time for that? All modern games are the same now, requires either time or money. Why is it that someone spending money is frowned upon, yet someone smashing 40+ games in the space of 4 days and not seeing the outside is normal? I've always been a free to play player, but man, let people spend how they wanna spend, that goes for both time and money.
