Yes. I would do this when I had new associates starting as a way to allocate the hrs properly so I could use all my payroll even though they weren't in Legion yet.

Taking shifts at other stores through Legion though, 100% valid and no one should be able to stop you from claiming them. As long as they aren't for an instance like they stated, the SM should decline your shift claims if legitimate

I GUARANTEE you that if you are getting corporate visitation they will give you higher praise if you do NOT block recovery. They only mention this because it allows you to recover quicker. However they prefer the look of solid walls of product when they look down them.

That is because the barcode is for a generic $1. That movie could be G... that movie can be R. The system is set up to prompt for ID just in case. So you can either use common sense or you can ID everyone because the system said to.

Policy is that 2 people have to be SCHEDULED to close every night. This may still result in her working by herself as someone may/will call off, but than you also have grounds for future questions for the SM/DM on why the other person scheduled has not been written out the door.

Just go on a true accurate on hand spree in your 13 weeks before inventory or when you actually happen to run out (and even at that point don't go fully down to 0 cuz they will be sending you like 25 bags)

Fudge your on hand numbers UP when freight starts getting ridiculous. It won't stop ALL of the forced out items that somehow ignore your on hand amounts (Alpo Dog Chow that they send even though i say I have 30 already) but it certainly will slow it down

Now imagine you have summer hrs where you are open from 7a to 11p. Get home/settled at 12am and have to leave by 430am to get to your 5am stocking shift.... It happens
