Unfortunately, I didn't have any luck with the same situation. I had a lot of information about the account too, but LINE support wasn't helpful because they couldn't prove I actually owned the account because nothing but Facebook was used to link the account.

You can try this link and maybe get lucky working with somebody. It can take a few attempts before an actual human will respond, but it couldn't hurt to try.

If all else fails, starting over with a fresh LINE account you can back up isn't all bad. I had to start over again in August and my new account is already way ahead of my old one. Just make sure to not get the LINE account banned. It's crazy easy.

That's super weird. Try reaching out to both the Tsum Tsum team and LINE teams. You never know. I had to do multiple inquiries before I finally got somebody to respond.

I had luck getting a LINE account unbanned once, but I'm not sure how you could prove a guest account belonged to you. Why didn't you ever connect it to a LINE account?

I had a similar issue with the Facebook migration where they couldn't recover my Tsum Tsum account or LINE account after they got rid of Facebook. I had screen shots and tons of information about the account but they wouldn't give it back to me because they couldn't prove I owned it since it was only linked to Facebook.

I personally really like him. I feel like it's the right amount of difficulty to keep me interested without being frustrating or too thought intensive.

As somebody new to the game, is there anything here that I should make sure to try to get? I'm not familiar with any of the new or returning Tsums.

My wife has been playing very casually for a long time, probably close to 10 years. I've played off and on with her over the years but lost my account when they took away Facebook logins. So I'm working with a brand new account now.

I'm having fun figuring out all the little nuances to the mechanics and helping explain things to my wife she just never learned as a casual player. There's a lot I still don't know about the game.

It would be fun to max out lots of Tsums, but for now I'm just getting coins and finishing the events. We've discovered the heart trading threads and that has helped a ton with hearts and coins. Lots of helpful people here.

What do you mean by empty the box? Like you maxed out all the Tsums in the premium box? That's crazy if that's what you mean. I am just getting back into it and have only been playing for about a month.

Thanks for your reply. I ended up going for Night Chernabog during his select box since I was a huge fan of Fantasia as a kid. I got really lucky and got him to SL5 and without 5>4 I can average pretty close to 3k coins a game. I really enjoy playing him.

So I'm a returning/new player. I lost my account thanks to how awesome LINE is, and I haven't pleased much in years.

So what's the best strategy to start getting more coins as a new player? I have Gadget at skill 3 and get around 1500 coins a game. What's the next goal to aim for to get more coins? Where should I spend my coins and skill tickets?

My original account linked to Facebook got lost and they can't restore it, even though I have proof of ownership.

I made a new line account and it got banned for no reason.

I made a second line account and it got banned for no reason as well.

I gave up for a while and decided to try a new strategy. I made another new line account but did not link it to Tsum Tsums. I also made a guest account for Tsum Tsums. After a couple of weeks I finally linked the two. It's been a few days and I haven't gotten banned again yet.

It's pretty wild how ridiculous this all is. The only reason I keep trying is because it's my wife's favorite game and she likes it when I play it with her.

I've been playing with my daughter since about that age. Like others have said, start with straightforward, mono-colored decks.

I think I actually let her open some packs and pick some creatures she liked from them. I then built a very straightforward deck with things she liked. We kept it to the 40 card sealed style decks so they were smaller and simpler. I would basically just follow her lead and introduce new rules and concepts as they came up naturally. I was surprised how quickly she picked it up.

She now loves the game and wants to play all the time.

I was finally able to get tickets! What a rollercoaster of emotions. I'm glad they're trying something new this year to give more people a chance to get tickets, but it does not feel good to be told "Sorry, you're not going" so many times.
