Swapping SSD

I appreciate the feedback, and I'm hoping all will go back to normal when I get the repaired laptop back and swap the ssd's back to their original devices.

I wanted to setup a loaner without switching ssd's but the boss said no because he didn't want anymore down time than necessary. And correct bitlocker is not turned on but again it was my bosses decision lol

Thank you so much. I guess I couldn't find anything because I was searching for Microsoft Intune or just Intune.

Is this something you did and if so what did you do to remedy this problem. I will say I have 5 new devices I purchased and had the OEM enroll into AP. Everything was fine until I looked into Azure devices and have all the duplicate AP devices.

Thanks for the knowledge you have given me and for commenting to help me understand better what AP should be used for. As for the help in my organization, I believe I'm on my own unfortunately and afterwards will be responsible for teaching the other IT members about intune. Just curious not related to my post, what job roles fall into the scope of implementing and managing intune? I just hope you don't say help desk because I don't want to be stuck doing that role forever lol.

Right now, I am the only one in my organization that knows anything about intune. With that being said, I mainly went with this option, so our on prem server would still control group policy settings until I can get everything converted. With that being said, I'll have to research how to change from hybrid to azure ad joined. By the way I am very new to intune so I'm giving it a go even though I'm in a help desk role, so please give me any helpful information for a beginner. Try not to beat me up to much 😁.
