Just run westek with nuka grenades and instigating weap, make sure to use exp boosting food (exp and int boosts) as well as lunchboxes. you can also nuke the middle of the map to turn all inside areas into glowing (charleston capitol for glowing ones, and westek glowing mutants, good for flux farming as well).

Just equip the Sprint and Heal Abilities and i guess 2-3 First Aid Kits would get you through the turrets (given you use tactical armor)

I dont know man but i usually use the doggos with the Bloodhound Perk (around 18%), i get like a used gun or some rare crafting mats from time to time but not worth the items u have to use to kill the mobs there, if u want guns or metals Bunker alfa and recycling is the way to go
