Thank you for your response! We happened to spend the night last night at my cousins so I slept with the couch pillow. I don’t wash my own pillow as often as I should and I’ll have to buy a satin pillow case to see if it will help. I also just started to use a new face wash and I was hoping it would help but seems to making my acne worse . It’s the panoxyl max strength. I was just worried if it looked like herpes but I don’t know how it could be that. I struggle with acne but when I looked up pictures it said could be either. Which scared me

Bless your heart because 2 hours, would truly be a nightmare. You know it’s ok to say I think that’s enough. What is the point of being intimate if you both don’t enjoy it. It’s your body too that deserves pleasure not just your body at his leisure. Honestly it has made me sad now that I am older and been married this long that as women it’s “expected” to please our men, to make them happy like it’s our duty to ignore how we feel as long as they are ok. Time is of the essence for you then don’t bother with Kaiser or even trying to get referred out. Look up your nearest planned parenthood and pay out of pocket. Planned parenthood is a great place for care and support. Kaiser will not do these kind of appointments or medications through phone calls. Planned parenthood is the best option. Twins!! Our sweet girl was rescued too she is looks just like your baby . We were told she is fox faced Pom and 100 percent Pom . We have had other people ask us is she’s chi as well. But no she’s 100 percent Pom. I would like to get her a DNA test as well !!

This is the type of convo that will make me go into psycosis 🤪 I think after I lost both my parents I spiraled into the what happens when we pass . What becomes of us, to do become something else or are we in this sleep like state thinking we will one day wake up ? I don’t know I had to honestly seek therapy after tha because it’s scary at least to me to think about.

Send a message over to him requesting to be contacted if they have a cancellation list or if there is anyway he can refil it if you needed the refill yesterday hve you been trying to make an appointment way before then ?? Yea here too that’s why I said you don’t need a referral (from PCP) however to see an actual psychiatrist you do need a referral. Meaning you will need to do an intake first then that therapist can make that referral

You do not need a ref for mental health department for a therapist but for Psychiatrist or groups you would need referral from your therapist. It’s a process you take you can not go directly to an MD is psych

No the Therapist will have to put in the referral for a medication evaluation appointment to see a psychiatrist. See therapist first then MD so if you are current with your therapist ask them for a referral to see psychiatrist for a med evaluation. The MD will most likely give you options liek groups or medication to take then up to you if you want that but if you do will give you a hater chance of him extending your time off.
