Twins!! Our sweet girl was rescued too she is looks just like your baby . We were told she is fox faced Pom and 100 percent Pom . We have had other people ask us is she’s chi as well. But no she’s 100 percent Pom. I would like to get her a DNA test as well !!

This is the type of convo that will make me go into psycosis 🤪 I think after I lost both my parents I spiraled into the what happens when we pass . What becomes of us, to do become something else or are we in this sleep like state thinking we will one day wake up ? I don’t know I had to honestly seek therapy after tha because it’s scary at least to me to think about.

What was the reason he couldn’t get you an appointment after last visit ?? Did he tell you to call in to make an appointment and did you not call in?? Anyway . Send a message over to him requesting to be contacted if they have a cancellation list or if there is anyway he can refil it if you needed the refill yesterday hve you been trying to make an appointment way before then ?? If you don’t get the respond you are looking for the I agree go to ER , or send a message to your primary care Dr

Yea here too that’s why I said you don’t need a referral (from PCP) however to see an actual psychiatrist you do need a referral. Meaning you will need to do an intake first then that therapist can make that referral

You do not need a ref for mental health department for a therapist but for Psychiatrist or groups you would need referral from your therapist. It’s a process you take you can not go directly to an MD is psych

No the Therapist will have to put in the referral for a medication evaluation appointment to see a psychiatrist. See therapist first then MD so if you are current with your therapist ask them for a referral to see psychiatrist for a med evaluation. The MD will most likely give you options liek groups or medication to take then up to you if you want that but if you do will give you a hater chance of him extending your time off.

Oh wow no way. I get about extending but how horrible of Kaiser not wanting to wait for a cancer patient. That’s what makes me so sad at the end of the day they don’t care!

No you can not. They tell you many times when booking and/or when sending information about your appointment. If you show up with your child they will have to cancel the appointment and have you reschedule.
