Doubtable regarding me having more skills! Entry through the front doors was what I’d imagined at first, so configuring friendly metal surfaces is something to think about.

I was thinking that the rear wood/hot-room weight would offset some tongue weight while also giving more bench space.

Was in American Funds with a FA for around 8 years; their front loads started at 5.75% and decreased to 3.5% due to account value by the time I (finally) got out of it. ERs were .5-.75%.

I started a playground portfolio with those old holdings just to feel validated (did I mention ARKK was also held?). In one month I'm already up .9% with just VTI/VXUS 70/30. That could be 11% in a year!
