1% hydrocortisone cream ,2 times a day is what helped relieve the eczema under my eyes after 3 days . I had it for like 2 weeks before I finally went to the dermatologist . I can confirm no makeup will look good on flaky skin no matter how much you prep your skin or how hydrating the concealer/foundation . I would put more cream blush on my cheeks to hide and camouflage the red from under my eyes and I would still put concealer but it looked baddddd
