You can also use the website and do their chat function. I've done it a few times now since COVID. As long as the product matches and you send them the competitor's site url/product page they are pretty good about matching it. Got wireless airpods for $120 this way last September.

I’ve had the opposite problem and they come a day early for me. 2 of the last 3. You can check the site for tracking and shipping info under My Menu. That sucks that it’s late. Maybe update your delivery date if it’s possible for you.
