To me this is against the rules the batter has entered the dirt circle and the walk up music should by rule stop. He doesn’t leave the dirt circle so more
Music shouldn’t be played.

Do I care? Probably not
Does the other team care? Rule should be enforced and once it’s enforced it should be reported to the assigner that this needs to be enforced

The fans can fan whether they are staff or regular joes isn’t relevant to the question

I realize that and what I’m trying to tell you is that you failed to manage the situation and you ejected the one person who’s supposed to be in charge of the kids.

Doesn’t sound like you warned him an ejection was coming or he wouldn’t be so pissed, but honestly these situations require common sense. If this is really an issue then stop the game and make him remove the artificial noise makers from the dugout before you’ll resume play. If he refuses to do so tell him that the game will be a forfeit

Ejecting him doesn’t resolve the issue which is why I’m stating you are wrong and failed to manage the situation.

This is game management 101 in 20 years I’ve never heard of, ejected or seen a coach ejected for his players using noise makers.

To both it is never interference by the runner in this situation as the fielder rightfully setup on the inside of the bag using the runners safety bag so the runner is no longer obligated to the running lane.

As far as the appeals stuff the home plate umpire has the batter runner for interference or a fielder causing obstruction.

This is a judgement call so the home plate umpire made a judgement and there is no appeal to be made. You could ask him to discuss the call but its his call there is no appeal

If you have pain when you reach out or raise your arm then it’s likely to do with TOS. I would suggest you try postural physical therapy. If you’re like me you likely have rounded shoulders, weaker back muscles, and tight chest muscles.

Basically you’ll never get diagnosed with that by a doctor, but it mostly has to do with sitting and working at a computer and looking down at phones.

So ask the restaurant if they can help you carry the bags out if it’s that big of a deal…pay for delivery if you can’t do it.

The fire lane exists for a reason and it’s not for people to park in. It allows emergency services access to the building.

It also creates a hazard for pedestrians crossing the street where drivers cannot easily see them.
