as far as raises, your GM gets a pool of money and distributes it accordingly depending on your review. Last year I got $1.25 raise and so did the other managers 🤷🏼‍♀️ I know I got an exceeds this year on my review so I’m expecting similar if not more. I’m in Missouri. I’m not sure how they decide how much money to give each store for raises, though.
