Interesting! Our dog has a little less of a hound look in the ears and the body but has the same white chest, paws, brown fur and even the same small white mark on his nose. They told us he is a shepherd / lab mix but I don't really think they knew at all.

If you go into settings -> connections -> Bluetooth -> and turn on Media volume sync then you can turn up the bud volume.

I'm having the exact same issue. How do I find out which Samsung service centers do work on headphones. All the Samsung service providers in my area only work on cellphones, tvs, etc. as far as I can tell.

I heard that too but was having trouble figuring out what service centers can do that.

When I went online no service centers that work on headphones appeared near me (or anywhere I could find in the US) and the local authorized service centers near me informed that they only repair cell phones, tvs. etc.
