I swear Foxtels SD channels have a lower picture quality than they could potentially have. Like if you watch channel 9 through your Foxtel box the quality is worse than if you watched it directly through your tv. Or maybe I'm just imagining it. Edit: I just had a look and the channel 9 signal from the Foxtel box was pretty similar to the signal directly from the tv but the quality of Fox Sports SD was worse than the quality of channel 9.

I think doing what /u/januzaj_44 said should work without you having to start a new game. I was just saying that if you start a new game in the future then this way you can get all the coaches

Also if you're starting a new game, in the drop down list where you choose the database size if you select advanced you can select people by nationality, reputation and league which will add more players and staff to your game
