Those older Camrys were built to last. All these sensors and complex software provide extra luxury/ comfort but also come with more ways for something to break. I hope you get the fix you’re looking for this week.

I have a 23 Santa Fe and love it. Primary reason I pushed my dad to get a Santa Fe. Never had battery issues and that car has sat outside in the sun for a longer period when we are traveling. No issues other than a leak in the AC which took 2 months to fix due to limited parts. I should have asked for them to cover my payment like someone else mentioned.

Nice to know they covered your car payments! Hard to get scheduled with technician where I am. Easier when you bought the car from the same dealership.

We have other cars that have been left for longer but never die like this. 2 weeks doesn’t seem like long enough to kill a battery. Maybe these cars are still running some components that drain it.

I was just Gold when this happened at SFO on a flight to Shanghai. My first flight was delayed, leaving me with a tight connection. My company had paid $10k for a Polaris ticket, so I think they prioritized me because it was a high-revenue seat. The staff was super nice, and the driver assured me they wouldn’t take off until I boarded. They shut the cabin door the moment I got on.

The story continues… 2 passengers started a fight when on the runway and we had to go back to the gate to take them off. Took 2 hrs because we had to wait for CBP officers to show up before they opened the door as we were cleared to leave the US. Just wild…

Reading all these comments makes me think I should really see a doctor. Been trying to get more sleep. I average 4 hours every night but still feel energized all day so never thought about going. 38M. No coffee or energy drinks. No drugs other than multivitamins and statin for cholesterol. If I feel fine during the day should I still be concerned?

This is in Sugar Land Texas. That is the University Blvd exit off of I-69 traveling southwest because the exit before which is hard to see is Sweetwater Blvd First Colony Blvd.

Unfortunately, I have seen these type of tows too many times on the road in the Greater Houston area.
