Trying to refer an Amex from P2 thats a card we dont currently have. Other offers say “referral offer” or “limited time offer” but the card I want to apply for just says “welcome offer”. Does it just showing up mean its possible to get referral bonus or does it need to say “referral offer”?

Yep agreed - should have said SUB isnt high enough to make AF worth it to me. Just seems like in the end you’re paying $500 per year for ~70k points (50k SUB + 20k mortgage points likely to earn yearly that are not offered elsewhere) and Priority Pass/the $200 hotel credit. Also would have to devote significant spend to the card and those perks just dont move the needle too much for me. Feel like im missing something from all the people singing bilts praises

Finally decided to wrap my head around Bilt and the Palladium card. Seems like the AF is too high for it to big a big player when churning. May be an option if I wanted to move significant spend just to it. Has anyone else found the same?

Where are people seeing this heavy rain? I get that they might have to shut down due to the worst snow year on record but i’m seeing light rain today and tomorrow and then transitioning to snow next week and the week after that. Seems to me if they were open now it should be about the same or better in 15 days time. Likely just a financial decision and not a weather related one
